Lessons in Liberty

James A. Davids, J.D., Ph.D.
Choosing Godly, Principled Representatives

Monday, May 16, 7:00-9:00 p.m. EDT
In our Chesapeake, Virginia classroom and live online

One of a Christian’s primary civic duties is to vote. But who should a Christian vote for? A party’s nominee? The candidate that promises prosperity? The candidate who satisfies the particular voter’s needs best? This lecture explores the principles of Christian leadership in government, a timely subject in an election year!

Jim Davids joined Regent University in 2003 after practicing law in Chicago for 25 years, and then serving in the U.S. Department of Justice’s Task Force for the Faith-Based & Community Initiative. Jim has served as President and Legislative Counsel of the Christian Legal Society, and has advocated on Capitol Hill for religious liberty and pro-life legislation. At Regent, Jim teaches constitutional law and worldview, and lectures on these subjects internationally.
