Noah Plan Curriculum Guides
How to Use the Noah Plan
My husband and I had this beautiful curriculum for several months before receiving The
Noah Plan® Homeschool Companion, which gave me the courage to dive into its wonderful
contents. As we studied The Noah Plan Self-Directed Study, many evenings have been
dedicated to cleansing our secular school training. In this time, my children have so
desired to see what Mom and Daddy are doing that I began reading the lessons aloud to
them. They now beg for lessons! While it has been intimidating to embark on such a life-
changing education, I know that my children will learn to love learning with this curriculum!
Thank you for showing us how we can better serve our Savior by truly raising our children
in the way that they should go.
Four basic steps to begin using The Noah Plan.
Step 1: Join the FREE Principle Approach Commonwealth Community and purchase the
introductory video Getting Started with the Principle Approach®.
The CommUNITY will allow you to ask questions of a Principle Approach expert and provide
numerous helpful resources. The Getting Started video illustrates the method and
philosophy of the Principle Approach, details a sample lesson and unit study, and explains
how all of the resources work together. Because the Principle Approach is a unique method
of teaching, the teacher must invest time to learn this method and customize it to fit the
unique needs of their family or school.
Step 2: Once you have become acquainted with Principle Approach, the next step is to go
through the FREE Noah Plan Homeschool Companion and Renewing the Mind to learn in-depth about the Principle Approach. The Commonwealth
CommUNITY also offers blogs and forums to glean from and an opportunity to study the
Principle Approach with others.
Step 3: Order The Noah Plan Curriculum Guides and the grade level books needed from FACEBookstore.net.
Step 4: Take the Foundations teacher training course in the Principle Approach.
The Principle Approach inspires children and parents to love learning and be lifelong
learners. The investment you make today will bless your children, and your children’s children.
Education is simply the soul of a society as it passes from one generation
to another. Whatever the soul is like, it will have to be passed on somehow,
consciously or unconsciously... It is...the transfer of a way of life.
